Telescopic and modular pole options for different reach and working environments

Pole Options

Inyathi offers two pole formats: adjustable telescopic poles for situations where greater reach is useful, and compact modular poles for smaller spaces and easier transport. Both form part of a complete pole-syringe setup used with the appropriate syringe, needle and adaptor where required.
Telescopic poles use an extendable quick-lock design, with current versions reaching 2.4 m, 3 m or 3.5 m. Modular poles use fixed 75 cm sections, including 2 × 75 cm and 3 × 75 cm systems. The right choice depends on reach, working space, portability and how the pole will be used.

Adjustable reach for cattle and field use

Inyathi telescopic poles are quick and easy to use, extendable and fitted with a quick-lock system. The standard pole extends to 2.4 m, with colour-coded options extending to 2.4 m, 3 m and 3.5 m.

Modular

Compact, modular poles for tighter working spaces

Modular poles use fixed 75 cm sections that can be joined together to achieve the working reach required. A modular system can be used as a single 75 cm section or built up with two, three or more sections as required for the application.

Inyathi modular poles are strong, compact and versatile. They work well in a wide range of situations and are especially suited to smaller spaces, cages and applications where the pole needs to be easy to carry and manoeuvre.

Choosing the pole that suits the job

Telescopic and modular poles suit different working situations. Consider the reach you need, how confined the working space is, how easily the pole needs to be transported, and whether adjustable or modular length is more practical.

Adjustable length helps when greater working distance is needed.

Modular poles suit smaller spaces, cages and close working areas.

Consider how easily the pole needs to be carried and moved.

Choose between extendable reach and compact modular sections.

What is the difference between telescopic and modular poles?

Telescopic poles provide adjustable, extendable reach. Modular poles use compact sections and are easier to carry and use in smaller working spaces.

The standard telescopic pole extends to 2.4 m. Current colour-coded options include Yellow at 2.4 m, Red at 3 m and Black at 3.5 m.

Modular poles use 75 cm sections. A single section can be used on its own, or sections can be joined together to create systems such as 2 × 75 cm, 3 × 75 cm or longer configurations where required.

Both the telescopic and modular poles can be used for cattle and field applications. The best choice depends on the reach required, available working space and how the pole will be handled and transported.

Modular poles are designed to be strong and compact, making them suitable for smaller spaces, cages and situations where easier movement and portability are important.

Yes. Protective bags are available for Inyathi pole-syringe equipment, including telescopic poles and modular pole sets.

Think about the reach you need, the available working space, the strength required in the pole, and how it will be transported and used. If you are unsure, use the Choosing Your Setup guide or ask Inyathi for advice.
